To be able to do this there is alot of equipment needed:
Dazzle DVD Recorder:
Composite Cable:
PS3 System:
TV with two scart ports:
Scart connecter device:
Let's get started, We need to have our PS3 plugged into one of the scart ports on the TV, and on the other port the Scart Connector device, make sure you have it switched to output.
Now you need to get your Dazzle DVD Recorder and set it up, if you already have one you'll know that one end plugs into pc with usb and the other have composite cable ports (Video, L Audio, R Audio).
This is what we need to do, plug the usb end of the Dazzle into a pc or laptop, and plug composite cables into the front of it =
We're nearly there! the pc should register the Dazzle device as Dazzle DVC100 Video Device, now we need a software called "Dscaler" a software which can view video devices plugged into the pc

Once installed we need to download this very heplful hombrew program made by Andy Fung, called TVPSP.

Once you've downloaded this un-zip it to an area on your pc, there will be a DLL file in there called "DI_EvenOnly.dll" copy this and paste it into the directory you installed Dscaler "C:\Program Files\Dscaler\" it will ask you to overwrite a file, click yes.
Now you copy the other two folders (tvpsp and tvpsp%) to your psp
"ms0:\PSP\GAME" in the tvpsp folder there is a configuration file edit this and delete everything, now put your IP Address in and save.
Next we need to load up Dscaler and click "Sources" in the top left corner and click "Dazzle DVC100 Video device" This should now show the PS3 screen on the pc, Now go to "Deinterlace" on the top tool bar and select "Even Scalines only"
If you run the TVPSP app on your psp now, it will connect to your IP Address
and show the PS3 Screen on your psp.
The screen doesn't fill up the whole of the psps screen but it works!
Also you cant actually control the PS3 with the PSP controls, but you can use the PS3 controller,
NOTE: it's also advised to run as little as possible programs while connected to Dscaler or you will get lagg, But because I have a quick internet speed, I dont really get much lagg.
Also Never quit TVPSP using the home button please press the start button to quit!
